We are unable to make any modifications once an order is placed.

Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged at support@nurturingbodybutter.com.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to the nature of our products.

Please validate your shipping address. An invalid shipping address will receive a refund once the package is returned minus the shipping costs.

Cancellation requests can only be made with 24 hours of placing the order.
